I understand a lot of clubs are interested in Tel

There were rumours that as part of the Kane deal Spurs got some sort of option (maybe right to match other clubs bids or other advantage), but of course we would still have to convince the player to join. So atm looks a long shot

Given our position in the table I would be perfectly fine with Tel just being a loan as well if he is hesitant about coming here on a permanent.

We can give him the game time and he could be a difference maker for us in regards to staying up.

Property like hotels is funded by banks and then on a long 'rental' to a hotel chain probably paying Spurs up front for internal decor and then a lengthy rental. So the hotel is not competing with club funds for players

I'd offer something like a straight loan this season, with an option to extend it by another year if Bayern and him are okay with that.

Bayern should be, it wouldn't be the first time that they send a striker out on a long term loan for development.

If we should be a club that develops a striker for Bayern is a different discussion of course. But being where we are I don't think that we can turn our noses up at the possibility.

Exactly Levy putting his Economics and Land Economics degree to full use. Maybe one day Enic will invest to make us better on the field then after a nuclear apocalypse pigs may mutate to be able to fly.
