There was £35m injected recently. Clearly this was for the Hotel build it seems, now surely competent Directors would shift this budget onto the playing squad, but that won’t build Marble Bathrooms in the Penthouse areas.

Levy has to sleep in the best quality, while the squad wallows in shit.

Just have to look how he handles the ball under pressure, the awareness and ability to let it run across his body. they’re really important attributes you need to play in midfield areas, not many players can actually do it. Look at the goal he scored against Ipswich. That is really class play.

He’s not quick but he’s quick with the ball and has great balance and close control to beat people off either foot. That’s where he’s different from Kulusevski who is easy to read when he plays wide.

Could quite easily see him playing in midfield as well as he’s definitely got the attributes. Hope we sign him

I agree that he does that part well but what proof do we have that he's actually sharp in attack? I would like to see something concrete before throwing 50 m on him. I think it's complete gambling. Could be that he doesn't have good finishing ability. Could be that he's not quick enough to see the right pass near the penalty box. Remember, it's a lot harder to pull those things off the closer you get to the goal. I've only seen him do it mid pitch.

Could be that he's amazing at finishing, dribbling and assisting, but we're only guessing right now. Could still be a complete dud. And 50 m is a lot to risk for a guy with 3 goal involvements in 20 games despite playing for the shittiest team in the league.

Building a Hotel is absolutely vital to our success on the pitch in the long term, as all profits will be reinvested into the first team allowing us to be competitive and give us an edge over our rivals. Also it helps keep us ahead of PSR rules now and in the future.

Just about to say this. I think this could be happening but we should have paid the bit extra to get them at start of transfer window. Easier said than done.

We cannot keep messing about with young players. I keep reading that the club don’t think they will be relegated. Ipswich home to Soton at the wkend. If they are going to win games, this must be one. Not expecting much at Brentford. Puts them 5 behind us. 2 wks later we are away to Ipswich . If we haven’t improved much that could easily be a loss. 2 pts behind . All this is well possible. Let’s not forget we almost lost to Tamworth, never mind premier lge teams. It seems Ange is incapable of going to Ipswich and sitting back, hit them on the break. Watched the Leicester game on Spursplay. Ther is no organisation in midfield, Bentancur was just racing sound after people. That is not his game at all. Someone has to sit in front of that defence . A friend asked me at the start of the season if I was confident. I replied definitely not having just watched the 2 friendlies v Bayern. The same problems were there from last season, and the same problems are still there. At times it’s like Ardiles football.
Sympathy for Ange with the injuries but if he won’t change he needs to go. Anybody is better than Ange.

Yep. Plus Iraola will probably see loads of big clubs tear apart his team this summer. Will be a brilliant time to go for him, he'll be interested.

FWIW, there was "ITK" from a bloke on SC last night, who has never claimed to be ITK before, but said he'd heard from someone who would know, that we have already sounded out Iraola for this summer, and he has already declined other offers from other PL clubs to come to us. I'm assuming they might be clubs like West Ham and Everton.

In any case, it's probably bollocks, but I'll hope it's true.

I can't get my head around the board, and many fans, decided to go all in on Ange fucking Postecoglu. It's mental.
