Agree and it's also really annoying because it's not really that certain that Guehi is a million miles better than Danso.
Obviously he's prem proven so the price reflects that but Danso grew up in this country so his time to adapt will be massively reduced. By the end of the season, there's every chance there isn't much between them.

Could have done, not arguing that. But the reason we waited until later was we are now more fucked and they are dealing with that situation where another two defenders are out for longer than they thought.
I reckon Morgan Gibbs-White would vastly improve this team and if I was gonna hand £70m to anyone for any player in the hopes it would be enough and make the most impactful change on our fortunes, it would be him. I think he's destined for a big club this summer.
