Management Johan Lange - Technical Director

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Lange reminds me a bit of Comolli. Undoubtedly a good spotter of talent, but severe doubts about if he knows how to put together a balanced and successful team.
It probably doesn't help that the guy above him in the pecking order, Munn, isn't a football guy as much as he is a business guy. So there's probably no great help coming from that direction.

I personally believe that once Paratici's ban is over, he's going to slot back in as head of the football department, with Munn either leaving or moving into a role on the business side. And that may help Lange out massively since there would be another football brain in the house. As long as they can work together.

I remember Woolwich being so "ambitious" that they gave Callumn Chambers (!!!!!) a payrise to 130kpw when that was still a lot of money...... A 5 year deal.... They were stuck with him being utterly shite for 5 years.

They definitely pay good money to get the players they want - it just so happens most of them are what many would consider average.

Their best players are either through the academy or players they bought for little money, on low wages.

I know nothing about this guy but I have heard him getting a coating recently and people questioning what he is doing.

What he is doing is drawing a salary until he signs a NDA and is payed off to take the blame for baldy.

Paul Mitchell was the best man for the job when he worked for Levy.

Levy put him on gardening leave for signing Son, Toby and Dele.

I think it needs to happen. Never been convinced by Munn.

Man U not sharing your optimism today as they can't shift Rahsford due to his 325kpw wage... (Just one of countless examples of this nature)

Does Mbappe rock up at West Ham instead last summer if they'd miraculously bested Madrid's offer?

Nah....

"Pay and they will come" is just a superficial meme.... The real world is more complicated than that.
I think you are on your own now. Everyone hates levy and ange.

Bergvall
Vuskovic
Kinsky
Yang

(Not to mention the multitude of players he bought at Villa..... At a time when some here reckoned he was "embarrassing" us.)

Players on loan in Belgium and previously Italy, France & Poland.

Basically; that's bollocks.

It's funny tho..... I remember people complaining Paratici "only knows Italy".
i get older matthew mcconaughey GIF

But regardless stand by for another bullshit conspiracy theory, boys and girls.

With the eventual punchline being:

Levy put him on gardening leave for signing Son, Toby and Dele.

Witless nonsense.

Of course they won’t work together - will be six months of toxic politics before Lange goes
