There is no squad building strategy. No plan. Just opportunistic bollocks. Who has he bought that has improved us. We rarely land our primary target and quite often miss out on our secondary target. This is the only job this guy has and in my company he would be "Underperforming" and given a PIP (Performance Improvement Plan). I honestly feel that Lange is more accountable for the shit we find ourselves in than Frank. Clearly Frank is fucking useless but this guy is an oxygen thief!!!
