Management Johan Lange - Technical Director

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Isn’t Lange the guy who is charged with getting in young players for the future?

If so, under the correct manager, will we end up looking back at his time here more positively?

His tenure has included Vuskovic, Odobert, Tel, Gray, Bergvall, Yang, Simons, Takai. If two or three of them work out as good signings, wouldn’t we consider him to be a success?
Vuskovic wasn't him. Bergvall was no secret either. The rest with the exception of Maybe Gray, don't look close to the standard we want.

This guy is maddening. It's mad to think there's people posting on this forum who'd make a better fist of his job than he does, but I fully believe that to be true.

According to AI, list of incoming since Johan joined. Don't all rush to express your pride.

This cunt is the biggest problem at the club make no mistake.
Nah, it's still ENIC.

It all stems from them. We should be doing despite the constraints they put upon us, and a better DoF and management would have us comfortably in the top 8 or so but they'll forever put the handbrake on.

Under Poch we reached a high level but didn't quite get there, and there was no appetite from the ownership to push on for that final 1%.

If ENIC were to try and have a crack at Everest they'd reach base camp and consider it job done.

Dear board, it’s obvious you don’t know shit about football. But it’s even more obvious the people you put in change of football know even less. Please act. Best regards

It scares me that Viv Lewis might have better football instincts than Lange and Vinai. Paratici wanted Frank gone months ago, it was so obvious he was not good enough.

I am going to give the Lewis family the benefit of the doubt at the moment.

They are the one who wanted to sack Frank earlier in the season but were pushed back on by the "football people" who they trusted. Isn't that what good owners are supposed to do? Listen to the football people? Ultimately they have made the decision and told Vinai to sack Frank.

Look I am sceptical, but I am going to see how it unfolds before I judge them. IMO Lange and Vinai will both be gone in the next 6 months

Lange needs to get a couple of out of contract players in for the rest of the season.Raheem Sterling could be one. Pablo Alcacer was looked at by us a few years ago for a striking role.
