Management Johan Lange - Technical Director

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

If they're going, they SHOULD go now.... Not in June/July.....

There's absolutely no reason for them to be here now unless they're working towards this summer; which in itself is a HUGE red flag.
We're clearly looking for a replacement as things speak - loads of names being thrown around.

I think Lange is a turd of the highest order, but ideally we do actually need a living, breathing human doing his job (which is seemingly quite broad) until we can find a suitable replacement.

I'm all for binning him but I think all sacking him now would achieve is even more chaos, news stories and talks of how dysfunctional we are, while achieving nothing in the process except cheering up a few fans. And the same goes for Vinai.

We need them both out of the club, but we need our ducks in a row first.

I don't think Lange is going anywhere so long as Vinai is still involved; all of the rumors that I've read suggest that they've been adamant that any Sporting Director is intended to SHARE the role with Lange.

Quelle surprise, nobody seems interested and the boardroom seems confused and perfectly happy with Lange.

I'm choosing to believe that this is just a way of allowing them to openly search for his successor without having to fire him in the meantime.

We bring in the new guy and then "sorry Johan, there's been a change of plan".

Knowing our lot you're right, though, and they'll promote Lange after we get relegated or some-such bollocks.

A large share of the blame falls on his shoulders and for that he must be sacked. Or if he was a man, he'd accept that he's in over his head and hands his notice in.

Utter cunt.
He's not walking away from the biggest pay packet he'll ever get in his life. On the club to prove they're not completely and utterly clueless and eat the cost of sacking him.

Vinai was brought in to work closely with Levy. They did, for 2 months I guess.

I'm sure no one needs to be insulted by believing that was the plan. Brought in to a role that almost cloned Levy's, then worked "closely" with him for the summer before they decided they didn't need Levy.

I bet someone knows at least one person (if not themselves) who had someone suspiciously get hired to learn what they were doing, only for it to have been a sneaky way of replacing them

It is pretty funny when you think about it.

Vinai the equivalent of the 23 year old graduate learning the ropes from the 65 year old company stalwart who has no idea she's training her replacement.

Vinai sat with Levy at the computer as he goes through all his ancient Excel spreadsheets and explains how to negotiate deals.

"So when you first shake hands on the deal and they think it's all done...that's just the start of the process. The next step is to surprise them by asking for a 10% discount and start disputing every single clause in the contract. This step should take around 3-4 weeks. Then it gets really fun..."

"And so if the fans hate the manager, you should just call it quits and replace them. There's no coming back from it, trust me. Oh, and I know you worked for that club down the road, but never, ever, show any endearment towards them"

"Why aren't you taking notes?"
