I think Lange is there to sign young players, not first team. I’m not sure this is all on him. I’m unconvinced but Paratici was still meddling. We will almost certainly have a DOF in next month imo

If we stay up i think they'll both stay, which is obviously absurd. People other than Frank need to pay for this shitshow and Lange would have overseen our 2 worst seasons in 48 years.
Lange's role might be reduced when we bring in a new DoF who will obviously want control. Be a bit like when we got Paratici and Hitchin was still knocking around for 6 months and eventually left but can see him stinking up the place for a while yet.
I wouldnt be surprised that Frank insisted he was fine with the squad in Jan......as we saw with his football, the guy is ultra cautious and out of touch with reality
Where Levy, Lange and Vinai got it wrong was identifying Frank as the man to take over from Ange. Crazy decision.
I never watch Brentford under Frank much so had little to no clues. Was hoping he would be good but based on nothing really.
Vinai said that the club interviewed a large number of candidates and Frank was the one they chose. Think about that he was the front runner.
A club with to dare is to do whose history is attacking football and we hire a manager who acted like we should be thankful to stay in the premier league. A manager who totally unable to motivate with awful tactics. After months of research that is the guy they think is best placed.
I saw a video of a Brentford fan discussing why they improved when Frank left and he said the football is not the manager/coach. The football is built into the club. The head coach is really just the slightly most important coach in the system. So we hired Brentford’s slightly most important coach to become a full manager at Tottenham. Without question we’d have been better promoting Matt Wells.
Everyone who was part of approving Frank should leave. It sounded like that was Levy, Vinai and Lange. A cluster fuck of epic proportions. Think is I was always worried we would be stupid and appoint Gareth Southgate, instead we appointed the Danish pound shop version of him. Club has to remove any and everyone involved in that as either they are totally incompetent or they lied about doing research and Lange just appointed his mate.
