But on the other point having two head directors is a fairly common setup on the continent. The important part is just not giving them the same title, and making sure that they have different duties. Which they fumbled with Lange and Fabio.

We don’t want him here at the START of the window. Hell just imagine the shit he will leave behind.
 
Instead of working on the squad, he's more than likely taking off for a planned extended holiday.

It can all wait until he gets back. Nothing good comes from urgency according Johan and co.
 
Personally Lange comes across as a scapegoat for a much larger issue at Spurs. The fact that behind the scenes there does not appear to be a group of football first executives like you would find at big clubs like Bayern etc. People who’s goal is to win at all costs. He’s a leftover from Levy’s legacy: to dare is to do more with less.
