Manager Jose Mourinho

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

At what cost?? He completely destroyed that club, spunked away 200 million worth of signings, neglected youth, fell out with half his squad and made an absolute mockery of the entire club constantly in the media.

You and I both know he'll leave us in the same shit he has left the vast majority of clubs he has managed in. Add to all of this and hes a fucking Chelsea legend!!

Any Spurs fan that wants this absolute cunt of a man as our manager should be ashamed of themselves.

United were already fucked, they have been fucked since Ferguson left, Mourinho was the only manager to win them anything since then so not sure what you're getting at with that tbh.

If Mourinho wins us trophies that immediately improves the entire mentality of the club, there is no downside to this, when he leaves that monkey is off our back (and it's one that's needed shaking off for a fucking long time) and we can look at other options, we certainly won't be as bad as we are now, that much I can assure you.

The only reason you don't want him is because he's ex chavs mate, let's be real, I get it, he's a prick, I don't like him as a person, as a matter of fact, I detest the cunt but he's a winner and I put the club first, he will bring us success imo, that's all I care about, success for this club.

If anything it will give me satisfaction watching us smash the chav cunts with one of their club legends at the helm.

It's almost done if we're to believe what's going around the internet now. Some of us didn't want him, others campaigned for him, but it matters less now. So what should we expect from Mourinho's reign in North London? Here are my pros and cons:

PROS:

- Tactically, we will be a better team... this might lead to some good results;
- He will be able to get us playing better;
- He will be able to get our players motivated and playing closer to their potential;
- Some of his interviews will be legendary - looking forward to him having a dig at the scum;
- We will have some great smiley material on the forum;
- He will bring a winning mentality to the club;
- We might actually win a trophy. No really, we just might.

CONS:

- Quite likely that it will all end up in flames after no more than three years;
- Some of his interviews might also be toxic and some players might be publicly slagged off;
- He might have lost his touch over the years - we might be getting a lesser version of him;
- There is a good chance we might witness some ugly football under him.

Feel free to come up with other pros and cons.

Also, don't forget that we have a poll. :adegrin:

I hope he will sign a contract until 2021, perhaps with an option for an extra year. After that we should probably go for a manager like Ten Hag or Nagelsmann if they are available.

Worst thing you could do is give him a 5 year contract.

Pro: Might be able to keep and even attract some big name players. Only very few managers in the world game have that sort of pull power

Jose has always been a prick, but has always won trophies no matter where he has gone to. I want to win trophies! He wasn’t my first choice to replace Pochettino but I’m excited. Jose in!

Pro: Hard working players who thrive to get better and accept criticism will love him, just like Ibrahimovic, Materazzi and others did. He's a very controversial figure even for the players. There are players that to this day, they would do anything in the World for him, and then there is Paul Pogba.

Sensational appointment. Not sure where this idea comes from that Jose plays shit football. His chelsea team were top scorers every time he won the league. His Madrid side beat peps team to the title with 100 plus points. Us as fans and the players dont want a project now. We are an elite club but the winning mentality has been lacking
