He'll be a decent PL right back. No where near good enough for us. No shame in that.
Good to see him playing, will need a few games his positioning has been bloody awful at times in that first half, certainly can't fault his effort.
Too soon to say at 22.
Let's hope he will do reasonably well so we can sell him in the summer for £12-15m.
The chances of him making it at a top 6 club are slim to none. He may blossom at 27 and. make it. But we cant wait that long. Get a fee and invest in someone else.

He's been held back too long would be further along had he been loan at championship level. He's no Prophet Tanganga that's for sure.
I am I alone in thinking that in Mourinho's preferred system, with Kane used as a blunt weapon McNeil would be a really smart signing. His delivery from deep would plunder goals. He cant play LB , but he would be a good left wing back or wide left option.
Yup, not having played for months (and only about 20 Spurs games in 4 years and about 10 England u21 games in that time too) means he is very rusty. Will need a few games at Southampton to get up to speed, which Southampton should have known before they loaned him in.
They have injuries at RB and sold one RB in January, so hopefully he will get a few games.
Son's preferred side is the left, but agree McNeil could be a decent signing - but there's several candidates for a young AM signing with Eze and the Brentford lad Benrama.
Think the ever injured Lamela will leave in the summer leaving us with Son, Dele, Bergwijn, Moura and Lo Celso so room for either one or two new AM's - assuming Lo Celso isn't pushed back into a cm role (as he was in the last game, I assume because Ndombele wasn't fit).
Not on the Benrama hype train not enough pace for the very top. Eze is going to be N'dombeles competition(I hope real talented) I take McNeil as Lamela's eventually replacement.
Should have had a loan long before now, Poch was too stubborn with him and wasted two years of his career.
