I do feel much better after the summer's signings about how strong our bench is gonna look this season, last season for broad stretches of the injury crisis we had absolutely nothing to offer from substitutions whereas this season we will probably have the likes of Bergvall, Odobert and Richy on the bench to bring on if we need fresh legs or new ideas. Not to mention all the players we've bought will be champing at the bit to stake a claim on a first team spot, knowing full well most of the core squad have only been here a season or two and places are very much up for grabs, rather than the aging out old pros who are mostly just collecting wages that made up the numbers for us for years after Poch.

Had a heart attack earlier today and not long out o of surgery. Stuck here till about Wednesday they said.
