I'm buzzing for this season to start. I love our new signings. Ange is being backed and he's being bold.

If you're not buzzing at the start of a new season there's really not much point is there?I'm buzzing for this season to start. I love our new signings. Ange is being backed and he's being bold.
Why not both? We have firepower nowAssuming the first XI looks something like this, who doesn't make the squad?
VicSubs:
Porro - Romero - VDV - Udogie
Bentancur
Sarr - Maddison
Kulu - Solanke - Son
Austin
Dragusin
Gray
Spence
Bergvall
Moore
Johnson
Werner
Richy
Not included:
Devine
Lankshear
Odobert
Forster
Whiteman
Davies
Phillips
Reg
Gio
Solomon
Skipp
Biss (suspended)
Italics to be sold or loaned before the window closes
The squad is becoming pretty streamlined with good depth. Once we flog the remaining dross it will only be 3rd choice keeper, Davies and 3 of 4 talented youngsters (Moore, Devine, Lankshear, Odobert) that don't make PL squads.
Not sure whether Ange goes for Moore or Odobert for the bench initially. Flashy new signing vs academy starboy. Tough to call.
They are a PL side sure, but one that will be hard pressed to fight relegation. I expect us to beat them handily, maybe not demolish them, but by 2 goals at least. There's nothing wrong with having high expectations for your team, it's up to them to live up to them.People expecting a beating are being way too optimistic. Leicester have a different manager and had a rough preseason but they’re still a real PL side. That stadium has been a tough place to go for awhile and it’s a night game, home opener they’ll be well up for it. They won’t just roll over.
Hermansen can stand on his head, and Fatawu and Mavididi are really good. Both pacey outlets on the break, and you know we will give them space. Vestergaard is also a giant and great in the air, he’ll be a problem on set pieces, which are also a huge weakness of ours. Every single match we play we are at risk of conceding if the opponent is efficient with their counter attacks and set pieces, unfortunately.
Avoid Spurs games mate. You might have another heart attack. Get well soon.I'm gonna miss my first game in don't know how long.
Had a heart attack earlier today and not long out o of surgery. Stuck here till about Wednesday they said.
I'll be on here so I can follow the game so need some good commentary from you guys
Physical scrap with who? Our ladies team?Genuinely a bit worried about this one. I could see them scoring on the break and they will be right up for a physical scrap.
They seemed in a rush to get Odobert in before the deadline, so I guess they will want him on the bench. Think Mikey or Werner will miss out. Be a nice sign if Ange has Mikey in front of Werner already.Assuming the first XI looks something like this, who doesn't make the squad?

what he got new hair cut?I'm buzzing for this season to start. I love our new signings. Ange is being backed and he's being bold.
Good point!Trying to determine which legit, good premier league player to leave out of the squad compared to how threadbare the bench was last year.
Not where we want yet, but big step forward.
