Ok you can go to Centru Vechi, it's a place where all the clubs and pubs are so if you're into that, it's your place. I'm not from Bucharest so I can't think of many places to recommend, btw Romanian football is shit, I wouldn't advise you to go to league matches, you'll get bored to death.
