Do you think a positive article praising the current state of affairs would be better received?

Didn't Woolwich finish 8th and are now 2nd? Football can change very quickly.![]()
OLIVER HOLT: Tottenham's days among English football elite are OVER

If we finish 8th it will be our lowest finish in 15 years. One bad season.
Last season we finished 4th. Now our days out of the elite are over?
Anything to jump on the bandwagon by the journalists.
You didn't really answer his question.I think yet another article which feeds the negativity that surrounds this club purely for clicks and appeases the doom and gloom merchants so much so they wear the Spursy medallion round their necks like a badge of honour is exactly what we need.
Every purported big club that is struggling gets these articles. I think we've actually got away pretty lightly given the utter state of the club with manager rants, interim managers getting sacked, a dodgy DoF having to clear off and one shocking performance after another. Man Utd last season had it much worse, Woolwich similar before that. The clubs in a mess, cant see much point being in denial about that.I think yet another article which feeds the negativity that surrounds this club purely for clicks and appeases the doom and gloom merchants so much so they wear the Spursy medallion round their necks like a badge of honour is exactly what we need.
I've already noticed alot of posters not renewing memberships etc.Things always change quickly in football but the doom and gloom merchants will act like the world is caving in and we are odds on for relegation, woe is us etc...![]()

Hopefully that means the booing will stop in the stadium and fans can actually get behind the team rather than booing all the time when a pass doesn't go to someone.
I dont think anyone has said its on the verge of collapsing but its a proper mess and the press will naturally pick up on that. Our fans lap up it up and inject the words in their veins as if it's some weird coping mechanism, the club is in the mess not on the verge of completely collapsing, perspective please.

Couldn't bring yourself to say we finished 4th last season could you?7th the season before last btw, and barely clinging on to 6th the season before that. Numerous coaches sacked in that time.
I prefer to blame the architects of the mess rather than the press or unhappy fans. If we were even half well run there wouldnt be any articles. You mean hacks will report on it, put a fancy eye catching headline, throw in a few buzzwords in the article and essentially say the same thing that all the other articles said all for the $$
Easy work.
I had to look that up on Urban Dictionary…
Do you go to games?I've already noticed alot of posters not renewing memberships etc.

Yeah season ticket holder mate.
So am I , and I don't recall booing for missed placed passes.
