Levy In or Levy Out

If they can afford to build, fund or loan money to build a hotel then why can’t they do that for the football team?

It’s because they’ve no desire to and the football is just a part of the process for growing the value of THFC Limited.

Unless you know who the new owners are and their business model and intentions these polls aren’t much value. The 42% are all assuming a new owner will be better than ENIC.

Trust me, that is very far from certain.
I suspect any new owners will be limited to the football team only, not the property infrastructure. THFC will be an anchor tenant to the stadium and training ground but will ultimately be stand alone.

Swings and round abouts. There's a few coaches that could have benefited from new owners during their time. Jol, Redknapp, Poch, maybe Conte.
But the rest just got found out tbh.
I felt that Jol’s Newcastle talks hurt him, to this day I’ve no idea as to why he even thought about going there. A lovely man, bad choice and the board turned on him. The slow start in the next season killed Jol.

Redknapp shot himself and he knows it. The England flirt and the demands on a new contract rightly rebuffed by Levy (imho) we should have been challenging for the league in 2012, not clinging on to an ultimately pointless 4th. Thats all on Harry, and again he knows it.

Conte. He chucked it when it was confirmed Kane was going ( my theory ) and when he could see his key to his system sitting out the rest of the season after Leicester away, that started it all…

Nah.
Dream scenario. Levy dies. The end.
Nah. As much as he frustrates, that man deserves more than that sort of thing. History in the end will ( rightly ) judge him well. Cannot wish anyone dead, so am sure you are kidding. Is he a winning chairman. Nope. 👎 is he ultimately a bad man who deserves to die. Nope. No way

I have absolutely no doubt that would be the dream result for Levy. The football club has been the necessary vehicle to achieve his and ENIC's greater goal. But now little more than the bit of shit he can't kick off his shoe with those pesky customers chanting Levy out when they get frustrated.
However, it's difficult to see any serious buyers being interested in such a scenario.
A bit like buying a Rolls Royce with no engine.
