Levy In or Levy Out

That's definitely an issue. One that also contributes to the general shit atmosphere that prevails most match days.
Plus the large percentage of tourist / casual fans that have largely replaced the more passionate, die hard fans who've become disillusioned with the whole charade.

Stupid idea from a stupid twitter account.

Levy has already had the cash for the seats and why would 40,000 ST holders sit at home?? 🤦🏻‍♂️
I was thinking how daft that was too. Anyone with a ST has already paid for the Chelsea game, and if you simply don't attend without posting your ticket for sale this season, this is logged. If it happens persistently, you are in danger of losing your ST, if your non-attendance can't be justified to the powers that be at THFC.

All the spurs fans I know in real life can't stand Levy. I think the job is too big for him now tbh, the game has moved on and it's time he did too. We know that he won't though.
id like to know whats actually going through his head now. hes literally tried everything he can think of and failed. he couldnt even hire a DOF without the guy end up getting banned for previous dealings.

the problem is unless someone stumps up the cash to buy the club hes not going anywhere. the fans can only get the managers sacked that arent good enough, and the players (sanchez).

its actually embarrassing for him now, one league cup in 25 years for a club this size is truly pathetic and hes behind that. you can not put that down to bad luck, yea theres been some bad luck, but 1 tin pot cup in 25 years is down to serious incompetence.

Is this true ? Seems very odd if true

As an ST holder you are expected to attend a certain number of games to keep it.

'To be guaranteed a Season Ticket for the 2025/26 season, supporters will need to ensure that their seat has been utilised, as detailed above, for no less than 15 of the 19 home Premier League fixtures. The Club will work with any supporter at risk of not meeting this threshold during the season'.

This is what gets me. He's been running the club since 2001. By my count he's had 13 managers and only 3 of them lasted more than two seasons? (there's only Jol and Redknapp and Poch as the more successful hires, and none of them won anything)

I know that nothing is for too long in sport nowadays, but don't you at some point realize you don't know what you're doing, and step back in favor of someone who can do the job right? Just try something else?

The problem is that even if he did step back and hand those decisions to someone else, he'd still be the guy choosing that person so would probably fuck up that appointment too.

Be interesting to see if we'd lose more fans when sonny leaves vs Levy going

There would be grown men crying on the streets were Daniel ever to depart

It’s different in football though. He is part owner not just CEO. It’s effectively his club. He’s not going to fire himself and the club is full of lackeys who won’t tell him to go or they’ll lose their cushy jobs too.

Sadly barring death or prison, he’s going nowhere.

Yep, it's true. If you blow a game out last minute, your empty seat is a potential loss of food, drink, or merchandise sales for THFC. This loss of revenue is guaranteed if you don't attempt to post your ticket on the exchange, and your ST is in danger of being cancelled next season if this keeps happening. I believe that other clubs have had this system in operation for a while.

I understand all that, but how does one not realize eventually that you need to pay someone else to do the job?

Does he think he's doing well?

Does he not want to see any derring-do, because he wants safe, top-half of the table return on his investment?

He's sacked all but two of those 13 managers, eventually looking at results and deciding they weren't the man for the job any longer. How's he not eventually realize that he isn't the man to take the club higher?

Boggles the mind.

That’s insane , people have lives to live & unexpected things happen , you shouldn’t have to contact an entertainment business to tell them why you can’t attend .

Football these days is a joke full of capitalistic greed

Who is the CEO of Brighton? It’s not their owner

How many owners are also CEO?

He needs to go. He’s a clueless cancerous snivelling accountant that has held the club back for years. Keep or sell your stake, whatever - just resign as CEO and back off asap

Hahaha the utter bastards would rather it was sold to a selfie taking, day tripper (likely not even a Spurs fan), who can spend in the shop. Jesus - they should be clamping down on ticket exchange sales but this. That’s the real cause of the complete lack of atmosphere and has imo, killed the club

But Levy thinks he is doing a great job, "its the others that are useless thats not his fault"

its "the emperor's new clothes" they are all tell Levy that he is doing a GREAT job, they all have their noses in the trough (picking up good wages so don't want to upset anything
a way to see it is look at our coaches & tech guys on the bench they are watching the matches and data come in live YET when have any got up and told the manager its going wrong here/there etc they never have (every other club the asst's jump up and talk to the manager/players) You might say our manager doesn't want them to do that BUT at some point the coaches need to show they have some balls OR is it just about the money ?
Think we know the answer
