ThisThe case for retaining ENIC, Levy and Ange is now non existent.
Without having an eyes and ears in the boardroom and just looking at his tenure as a whole. I assume that Levy sees success as being a club that plays regularly in Europe and competes for trophies. Competes being a key word both in how he feels like he has delivered, and in the gap between him and the fans.If the club (owner, management, board) are serious about football as "The Custodians", the question is.. what are the clubs footballing ambitions and how do they expect to achieve them? Are these ambitions good enough?
If these steps to get there have previously failed (repeatedly) what were the consequences and actions of the failure?
Well there have been fine lines here and there, or perhaps sliding door moments. Those moments with one or two key signings and that bit more ambition, would have probably seen us get over the line for that elusive success we crave.Without having an eyes and ears in the boardroom and just looking at his tenure as a whole. Levy seems to think that just being in the mixer for trophies with high league finishes and deep cup runs as succeeding. Whilst we as fans actually want to win. And this is a key divide between us and him.
It is a bit comical that if we had like two or three more cup titles during Levy's tenure he wouldn't be nearly as disliked as he is.
So is that where they are playing nowadays??

No doubt they'll then try to claim Hong Kong wasn't a part of China or something or other so they're the only true HK club.So is that where they are playing nowadays??
Woolwich, North London, Hong Kong

Financial results - year ended 30 June 2024 | Tottenham Hotspur
www.tottenhamhotspur.com
Chairman’s Statement
"As we announce our financial results for the year to 30 June 2024, we currently find ourselves in 14th position in the Premier League, navigating what has been a highly challenging season on the pitch. We are, however, in the quarter-finals of the UEFA Europa League. Winning this competition would see welcome silverware and mean qualification for the UEFA Champions League. We must do everything we can to support the team in these final key stages.
“Since opening our new stadium in April 2019, we have invested over £700 million net in player acquisitions. Recruitment remains a key focus, and we must ensure that we make smart purchases within our financial means. I often read calls for us to spend more, given that we are ranked as the ninth richest club in the world. However, a closer examination of today’s financial figures reveals that such spending must be sustainable in the long term and within our operating revenues. Our capacity to generate recurring revenues determines our spending power. We cannot spend what we do not have, and we will not compromise the financial stability of this club – indeed, our off-pitch revenues have significantly supplemented the lower football revenues this year, testament to our diversified income strategy.
“I want to thank everyone who supports us through good times and bad. We are resilient and passionate about our Club. We shall aim to finish this season as strongly as we can and continue to build for success on the pitch.”
Daniel Levy
