I agree. We need a new leadership and a way of investing our money better - more isn't even the issue many point it out to be be.

I've heard a few people talking about putting stadium depreciation down as a loss.
It's not a used car. Properties are assets and don't depreciate in the same way liabilities, like cars do. Add to that the fact this is a commercial use property, IE, its sole purpose is to make money through use and the money making opportunities are increasing.....

Absolutely, but you can't blame them for doing so.
Club has everything to be a huge player in Europe, what it doesn't have is a board who share that vision.
They are well paid for generating huge cash flow and nothing else.

The stadium is being depreciated on the accounts though. I presume it is all perfectly above board. Yes it isn't actually dropping in market value at anything like the stated rate, so it's a useful way to keep tax liabilities down, I presume.
Probably being used multiple ways to make Levy and ENIC richer whilst avoiding pumping money into the football.
