It’s not just that he doesn’t want to take his man on. I believe it is stupid to try to take on your man every time. It depends on the situation.

He has two problems:

1. He takes forever to make decisions, which slows down the attack and gives the defenders time to set up properly.

2. He does the same thing slowly almost every single time.

So, predictably slow.
