Amazing disguised pass from Donley - passed 90 degrees to his right as he's moving, fooling any defenders.
He's a football savant. No question he has football genius. Just hope that he has the smarts to make up for any physical shortcomings. Plenty of players haven't been that rapid, or strong and been able to think a few steps ahead. I would be tempted to recall him and try him out in Europa League this year. We don't need to see any more at League 1 level.

Naaaa. Let him continue, we often see a huge dip after 6-8weeks of regular first team football, as the knocks accumulate and fatigue mounts, he’s best served there IMO, where he will hopefully have enough credit in the bank to stay in the picture.

If he continues to score and create through the 2nd half the season, he’s set for a Championship/Westerloo loan where he may well have a first team place earmarked on arrival, rather than a punt which he would have been this season (and very nearly fell short).

Let his body toughen up, then as you say his footballing IQ will see him flourish as best it can.

Can I just say thanks to the guys who keep tabs and post updates on all the loanees. I like being able to see how they are all getting on without putting in any effort.

Oxford have signed another striker today that could potentially leave Scarlett 3rd choice. Probably the time to recall him now and look for a different club that creates more chances where he'll consistantly play. Can't say he hasn't taken his chances this season, he has the highest conversion rate in the Championship among forwards. Oxford don't really need a poacher for where they are and they want to keep trying to play their own forwards back in to form. I'm sure there will be lots of interest.

Ex-Spurs Markanday had joined Orient on loan, it will take Orient back up to 6 loans with only 5 allowed in a matchday squad.

Really is not fair of Orient to take in more loanees than they can fit into the match days squad. Hope it does not impinge on Donley's game time.

Orient do seem to be keen on Markanday given the amount of publicity given to his loan.

Markanday got 6 goals and 3 assists in 22 matches in first half of the season - not bad stats
