Is it true if you stick a carrot up their anus it makes them release the bite?
I'm asking because I am planning a trip to Blackpool and want to bring my German Shepherd.
No. It's like any bull terrier/pitbull breed.

Lift it by the hind legs. Forces them to let go somehow.

We were using wingbacks before, too. That's not the critical change. What has changed is that for the first time in 3(?) seasons, our players look like they're receiving and responding to coaching instructions.

Mourinho and Nuno didn't have the players practicing or studying attacking movements, for one thing.
Helps when the team as a whole starts running around a bit more. Lucas will often beat one or 2 players, but if team mates are being lazy arses and not showing themselves for the pass then he's going to get robbed of possession innit and peeps on here start wailing

Check the heat maps.

Lucas is playing more centrally and in advanced positions instead of playing way out wide.

You can't expect a player to be scoring much when 90% of the time they're playing near the touch line.

The year he scored 10 PL goals and 15 in all comps, he was playing centrally when Kane was absent.

Position and where an attacker is on the pitch obviously makes a huge difference in whether a player scores consistently or not.

I can't believe any of his previous coaches never told him to play with his head up, that's the difference with him his head is constantly on a swivel and it was always said that if this guy is more aware of his surroundings, he'd become more consistent and then he'd be able to fullfill his potential.

Wide Positions
RW: 2,921 mins / 6 goals / 4 assist
LW: 458 mins / 0 goals / 1 assist
LM: 351 mins / 0 goals / 1 assist
RM: 90 mins / 1 goal / 0 assist
Total: 3,820 / 7 goals / 6 assists
Mins Per Goal Contribution: 294

Central Positions

2nd Striker: 1,285 min / 9 goals / 2 assist
CF: 1,241 mins / 1 goal / 1 assist
AM: 627 mins / 2 goal / 4 assist
Total: 3,153 / 12 goals / 7 assists
Mins Per Goal Contribution: 165

Stats are PL games only. He definitely contributes more goals + assists when he's playing a more central role. His best position seems to be 2nd striker and now, AM.

We aren't playing Harry Kane ball where we'd have Lucas play way out wide almost hugging the touch line. Now he's playing much more centrally and sometimes in more advanced positions than Kane.

Our players including Lucas have much more freedom to attack because the gameplan isn't just to create space for Kane and look for him every opportunity we get. They have freedom to move centrally and fly in and out of the box.

His talent/ability was always there, it's just that he didn't suit Harry Kane ball.
Not just Kane ball. It was the 6-4-0 formation, I’m sure Kane far prefers to have players moving and getting in front of him

Jose should have sacked immediately when he tried to get Bale to play as a right midfielder

He's one of few who are willing and able to receive the ball, turn, and attack the opposition. You can't question his effort and his heart, and many supporters severely underrate the impact players like that can have on a team.

Everyone always says they miss direct players who try to take on a man like in the good old days. Then the first time they lose the ball, they lose their shit.

Moura the ultimate example. It may not always come off, but he’s always trying to make things happen.

The Athletic have revealed that Lucas Moura is considered by many at Tottenham to be crucial for the team’s morale.

Moura has been in exceptional form since Antonio Conte arrived at Spurs and the winger seems to have cemented his place in the Italian’s starting eleven alongside Harry Kane and Son Heung-min.

The 29-year-old demonstrated his qualities yet again in Tottenham’s 3-0 win over Crystal Palace on Sunday, scoring Spurs’ second and setting up the other two.

The Athletic have now revealed it is not just Moura’s attributes on the pitch that make him an important player for Spurs but also his attitude and personality off it.

One dressing room source tells the publication about the former Paris Saint-Germain winger: “He is so important for everyone.”

The report claims that Moura is an uplifting presence in the dressing room, often geeing up his teammates in the dressing room before games and halftime.

The Brazilian’s ability to speak English, Portuguese and French is thought to be one of the reasons why he is like glue in the dressing room.

It is revealed that Moura has played an important role in helping his compatriot Emerson Royal settle in North London.

You can say that again.
No wonder The Athletic's articles are so bleeding long.

Spurs Official IG Page summed it up perfectly yesterday with a photo of Moura and the following caption:

Lucas: "Coys coys coys coys coys coys coys coys coys coys coys coys coys coys coys coys coys coys. Coys, coys coys coys ."

He's the soul of the team.

There's footage of him wandering around the pitch after a game singing 'Glory, glory Tottenham Hotspur'. Loves the club.
