Yea, because that's the only reason why.

It’s the only reason he’s seen as a better player than our old bench warmers like Defoe or Kranjcar. He chips in with a few goals here and there but he’s not really a reliable goal scorer. He scored 15 last season, with hat tricks against Ajax and Huddersfield. Those two games aside it’s 9 in 48. Fairly mediocre numbers and his overall game is very frustrating.

He could have got some minutes today but it’s not some unfathomable crime against football that he didn’t.

When someone starts manipulating stats to suit an agenda, it's high time to get out of there.

I hate statistics for that reason alone. You can pick, choose and omit whatever you need to paint whatever picture you like.

Simply watching Lucas Moura, you can see there is a superb player there.

So you're argument is that without two hatricks last season (one of which might be the most important performance of a spurs player in the modern era), he would be mediocre.
Go and have a fucken word with yourself ya daft cunt. Fucken embarrassment

My argument is that his reputation is based mainly on that Ajax game. In the majority of his other games he spends most of his time running into traffic or missing easy chances. If he were that good he would never be on the bench.

Definitely feel he should have come on in the last 20mins as his pace and direct running could have fucked them cunts on the counter. He is definitely more of an impact player than a regular starter for me.

He's a killer impact sub, the type the opposition do not want to see. He should have come on for Kane in the 2nd half. Raw speed. In a ping pong counter attacking game like that, when Harry gets the ball just past the halfway line and he sprints at a bare defence you know they'll catch up with him. With Lucas you know there's a fair chance they wont.
