Match Luton (A) Saturday 7th October - 12:30

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

It's a very difficult match. Luton are adapting to the Premier League and will give their all.

My lineup:

Vicario
Porro, Cuti, VDV, Udogie
Bissouma, Sarr, Maddison
Kulusevski, Son, Richarlison
Brennan Johnson is still injured.

Pointless playing Son up top for this, we all know he thrives in space.

Richy much better for this one, let him get into fights with their CB's, perfect match for him.

Vic
Porro - Romero - VDD - Udogie
Sarr
Biss - Madders
Deki - Son - Richy
None of this rest bollocks. We have a game a week. If it's a concern then don't send them on international duty.

A week to rest up and focus on this game.

That team needs to stay fit as our bench is too weak to to replace any of that 11 adequately.

Hopefully get a few goals up by last 10 minutes, take Maddison and Son off and try to pull them out of international teams for the injuries they are carrying:ange-arms:

Big test for us and how we handle pressure and expectation. Ange’s leadership skills will be very important, but if we play to our full capability then we win. Resting any players is nonsense btw. Who are we playing midweek before and after? Nobody.

I’m sorry but I am not following this big test this stuff. Luton are arguably the worst team in the Prem since the Derby County 11 points side. They will knock it long and try to get Carlton Morris on the end of something. They are good with crosses into the box also - but these tactics are so basic, we should be able to thwart this comfortably whilst carving right through them with superior players.

Now I know where the anxiety really comes from, we’ve seen Spurs fuck this up loads, but I really don’t think that’s the case with these lot. They will have studied Luton all week, be fully prepared for the game and take it seriously - for me there can only be one winner and I think it will be us by at least 2 goals

16/17 we were second after 7 matches on 17 points, 1 behind city after beating them at home. We went away to West Brom and drew, and only equalised at the very death. Can't be taking this match lightly at all, we've all seen it before.

See i been thinking about this and now surely by releasing the Audio yesterday of the Liverpool offside a precedent has been set, If anyone gets a dodgy decision go against them they can just request the Audio, maybe this will make those miked up more accountable ?

Apparently TV comms get it already anyway this season so it's not shrouded in mystery anymore.
