Any evidence/examples? Impressive he got Cardiff promoted and out of PL relegation zone with no ability to coach, so imagine what he could do if he tried....
"The law firm are understood to have discovered a series of papers relating to certain transfers that were not included in official transfer documents. Investigators also discovered the authorisation of payments to agents for deals in which there was no evidence of their involvement. One £600,000 transfer included an additional £600,000 fee to an agent.
The transfer of Peter Odemwingie from West Bromwich Albion to Cardiff for £2.25m in September 2013 was among those investigated. Odemwingie was represented by Rob Segal and it is understood the two men are now in a legal dispute over the payment of agents’ fees, with the Nigeria striker’s subsequent move to Stoke also part of that dispute."

Not yet proven in court, but if, as a purchasing agent of a company, you do side-deals with a supplier like that here in Canada, the company would sue for fraud, and criminal charges would follow.
I don't think it's classified as harassment, as it wasn't directed at anyone - more third party commentary.
"one of Mackay’s former players at Cardiff, Ibrahim Farah, Welsh of Somaliland heritage, tweeted that he had been referred to as the “wee Egyptian” by his former manager. Another depressing allegation about life inside a professional club. Farah, now at Carmarthen Town, later deleted the tweets but it is now inevitable that his evidence will be sought by the FA’s compliance team"

Not a third party.
"An exchange with a young player who has a female agent makes reference to a sex act and states: ‘I hope she’s looking after your needs,’ the player is then told. ‘I bet you’d love a bounce on her falsies.’"

Not a third party here either.
Hardly; he signed more than enough players that fit outside of a racist profile to come near an allegation of racist hiring practices. Look up Kim Bo-kyung's agent's response to the texts, also.
It wasn't sent to the agent, it was sent to Moody.
And hiring a non-white player doesn't mean you're not a racist if you're constantly using racial epithets towards and about them. The language itself is inexcusable.
Redknapp had a string of allegations and arrests before he was Spurs manager and during. Can you point out where Mackay was arrested or convicted of anything (as so far, you're referencing conjecture and unfounded/unproven offences)
The matter is still under investigation, so he hasn't been convicted yet. The offences are not unproven though. Mackay claims he's sorry about them. Which means that he acknowledges he said them. They are not actually conjecture, they are facts, agreed to by Mackay.
