Match Man City v TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR; Saturday 19th February; KO 17:30

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Spot on Davey, what are you supposed to do, mentally run at them? They are the best team in the world on their day, they can tear even really decent teams to pieces, let alone one that came into the match in a pretty dark place.

I was impressed with how we kept our shape - might not have been pretty but for the first time in a few weeks now it looked like every player knew where there supposed to be, what they were supposed to do. The whole team were outstanding in the circumstances - the players that some like to pick on, Hojbjerg, Emerson, Davies, Dier and so on were all excellent in their work rate, team play, concentration and so on. Perfect? No of course not, nor were City's superstars, but given how much hate they get on here they all deserve a medal
Just shows what a proper coach can do with his players when given time to work with them. Let’s not forget , not much coaching has been done for a couple of years

Greater Manchester Police's fraud unit wish to speak with this man in relation to industrial sabotage with a value in excess of 1 billion pounds at Manchester City Football Club. Police also believe that he has obtained by deception over 18 million pounds from the club's payroll account in the last year alone. Josep Guardiola Sala (also known as 'Pep' Guardiola), 51 and originally from Santpedor in north-eastern Spain was last seen in the vicinity of the City of Manchester Stadium on Saturday night, masquerading as a professional football manager. Police are appealing to the public to contact them with any sightings of Guardiola, and have urged football club owners not to approach him as engaging him may be dangerous to the wellbeing of their club.

I enjoyed the shithousery we brought out when needed. KDB was getting frustrated and I liked bentacur going in heavy on him off the ball. The best teams use the "dark arts", we don't do it enough

I thought they were fucking filthy. So many half fouls of barges and little pull backs. We know the officials won’t punish them but it’s so hard to play against when they’re allowed to get away with it game after game.

Visited family in Surrey today and went to watch the game in their local.

Loads of families in there with teenage kids playing pool and darts.

Turns out everyone was spurs. The celebrations for each goal were fantastic.

Mad how a pub out west can be more spurs than people you will meet in the ground these days

Frankly don't think any of this portion of the match was fishy.

The broadcast showed Kulu was a yard or so offsides on the disallowed goal.

6/7 doesn't matter a lot to me but it became 10 because the VAR review and penalty happened right at 90 minutes and play didn't re-start until the 93rd minute.

I thought the in match officiating was more suspect. Numerous times City players fouled us without getting a foul called or yellow carded.

KDB should have had two easy yellows. He pushing over Hojbjerg and then went in late on one of our players.

Let’s agree to disagree and both bow to PhillyHotspur PhillyHotspur
I ain’t bowing to anyone. I can’t stand how they’ve fucked about with the handball law and still it is fucked up but that is how it is.

Why is the upper arm no longer handball?

What’s all the bollocks about unnatural position?

But that is what it is and that was, therefore, handball
