Match Man City v TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR; Saturday 19th February; KO 17:30

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Ok so nobody has mentioned the 1 touch passing move we put together when Kane missed that chance.

If Kane scores, that's goal of the season for me.

Can someone find a clip of it.

One touch passing is so devastating. There is absolutely nothing defenders can do about it. I just get so frustrated when we dawdle around on the ball.

Off the ball movement and 1 touch passing is the purest thing in football.
Don't forget to mention the one pass from Kane to Son at our first goal 😉
Yeah 100% agree with you 😘

It was a great save with his foot

Really like Kulusevski and Bentancur - outside of the former’s obvious goal inputs he also had some great control and close touch play.

Bentancur gave the ball away in dangerous positions once or twice, but he looked great transitionally and potentially exactly what we’ve been missing in games that we control a bit more.

They both seem strong. Able to hold people off. And, they can pass, including crosses.

Agree but that’s just a risk of being a progressive central midfielder. He was the biggest creator on our excellent build up play that led to Kane’s missed chance (ederson save).

Those were more due to slow decision making and lack of situational awareness than attempting a quality pass.

Hopefully he'll wise up, as the pace of the PL does often take people by surprise.

I thought they were more due to him trying to actually find a teammate but no movement off the ball.
I can accept that. Davies and Dier were both caught out similarly due to lack of passing options.

Still, he was dawdling on the ball looking for a good pass without realising he was under pressure.

Enjoyed the win. But it’s not how we play.
Nah,

We were brilliant on the counter and solid in defence. That's how one plays against City to earn a result.

We don't have the cattle to go with City toe to toe.

Lets not forget their 2 goals came from a.) an error by our Captain and b.) an unfortunate handball.

We also had a brilliant goal disallowed. ( rightfully so ).

Like Mou once said " they can go home with the ball as long as we get 3 points".

Sessegnon is an inexistent player. Watching the game from the pitch every game.

What. A. Finish.

Harry was simply stupendous. And with something like this, coming not too long after Leicester, what more can be done really to give the players the belief that they must always fight to the very end.

Just read the city forum.

Comment on there saying Kyle Walker had a brain fart for the winner made me smile. There's always that risk with him.

To think we have downgraded on him 4 times since at RB is just criminal.
