Ugh Aurier, Dier and Sissoko.

I guess if we are starting Aurier we need his useless comfort blanket in Sissoko there to help ensure that right side is not covered by two players. Would have been easier to just start the much better Doherty and White in midfield so we could have two useful players out there instead of two useless plugs.

With Lo Celso out it really shows the lack of quality options in MF. It is bad enough that PEH is a nailed on starter but with Ndombele and Lo Celso starting with him they can make up for his uselessness but having 2 of Winks, PEH and Sissoko starting makes our MF so limited and cuts down on the effectiveness of whichever of Lo Celso or Ndombele is unlucky enough to start with them.

💩🤮

Doherty I don’t think as been bad but not brilliant as well. And aurier as been lookig good. And I bet he’s killing it on the training ground
Doherty is more composed on the ball in the attacking third, makes smarter decisions there and puts in better crosses. However, his defending has been pretty suspect. He seems to get dribbled around a lot in pure 1 on 1 defending situations. He's not been BAD but Serge has played well this season.

I would take a draw.

Their side is strong. I thought Sissoko might start today because of his physical edge.

We need some control to state the obvioius and then to be clinical as and when opportunities arise.

It's a line-up on our part, designed to make United look backwards and do their defending.

Will be interesting but United will turn up today for so many reasons.

Won't be easy for us at all.
