He’s a player that pushed to leave a big club to play because he backs himself.
If Bayern were pushing him out it wouldn’t have been at the very end of the window.
We are future FC, Jam tomorrow United. For that reason we should do a reduced deal for Tel. I think he will be a very good player in the long run. But he won't be a dominant EP forward for three full seasons.
He's not even a striker so I'm not sure about that...
Bayern definitely don't rate him how they used to, maybe they feel his development has stalled a little

Didn’t they come out a few weeks back saying he hasn’t developed like they wanted. I think he still has ambitions at being at a top club, but he looks way off it! I’d maybe take a put at the £25-30m range but I’d even defend levy if he baulked at £50m+ given what tel has offered and what he’s shown that can potentially develop

I actually don’t think Vic was even 100% to blame for the first one. Not the best punch but as a team we should be able to defend from there.
A lot of our big problems, like back post outnumbers, all come from the fact that we load to the ball in wide areas but never really put any pressure on the ball. It’s an intensity issue imo. These players don’t really fancy it when it comes to being intense enough for 90 mins and the heat on the manager gives them the perfect get out clause to take the odd chillax mid-game. Ange ain’t calling them out either

I don't think his levels have dropped, I do think he switched off for that goal tho. It happens, players are humans and every goal that's scored has a mistake somewhere. We just conspired to make way too many mistakes vs Wolves. We were having these same discussions about individual errors under Conte and Jose.
If his levels have dropped off, and that's the excuse he made for himself, then he's never going to reach his potential. The best athletes in any sport never let externals dictate their own levels, and they never make excuses. But like I said, I don't see his levels dropping and I haven't heard him offer excuses tbh.
