Exactly my point, I thank God every day that Poch is our manager. I am realistic enough to know that he won't get it right every single time, but he is honest, calm and totally committed to the cause. Doesn't resort to stupid mind games like so many others. Long may he reign.

Can you imagine if anybody else out there was our manager, we would only go downhill, you are right, be thankful for every day he is our boss as his ethos matches the clubs unlike so many others that need unlimited funds to succeed

Our other 3 choices were Benitez, de Boer and Van Gaal.

All three managers have been sacked since we appointed Pochettino.
One of them has been relegated and managed in the Championship
One of them is on the verge of a sacking after just three games in charge of a Premier League team.
 
Not massive ITK but heard at the weekend from someone who would know that Poch has total control of the club, knows everyone from top to bottom has time for everyone and will stop and talk. However if you cross him or show any disrespect you are dead to him, he walks away and its up to you to resolve the situation. (was told not making eye contact while talking to him could be the trigger).

Well as long as they aren't made to be literally dead to him, I guess that's okay?

Side note: really hope that his desire to have a say in everything at the club makes him think twice about ever leaving us. Can't think of many/any other gigs in club football that would be as big/bigger than us but allow him the same autonomy.
