One of the upsides of making tremendous amounts of money is you can not care whether you look that way or not.
Neither Kane nor Bayern got exactly what they wanted from this season and they could part ways with no hard feelings. Mr. Levy supposedly had some understanding when the deal with Bayern was made that he had a right of first refusal if Kane returned, but I doubt he would exercise it.
