Really like the hire. It was between FDB and him for me. Hopefully, we can snag a few S'hampton players as well. Shaw would be perfect, but its probably the least likely. Lovren and Lallana are the top two for me.

One thing I do like about poch appointment is that it will weed out lazy fuckers in our team. I read somewhere he does double training sessions to build stamina for his high pressing game.

So if player like adebayor start making trouble it will be because they are lazy and can't handle the intensity like gaston ramirez in southampton.

Many of the older player will probably suffer especially Dawson coz they won't be used to this intensity so I can see him going for younger players who'll be able to handle it.

You asked me the difference between Redknapp and AVBs briefs......
:llorishuh:

And Poch will still have a different brief to AVB despite top 4 still being a target...thats why I said earlier:

Of course we are still going for top 4....but AVB had a different brief to Redknapp, and Poch will have a different brief to AVB.
Its naive to think that Levy is just saying "get top 4" to every manager, with zero consideration to the the current events.
AVB did not have a squad it tatters when he took over.....why would Poch have the exact same brief..?

Plus, my point still stands.....reaching top 4 (Pochs brief) is still different to keeping us in the top 4 (AVBs brief)

I feel bad as Southampton are the only other team I genuinely quite like in the BPL at the moment
And now without their manager and probably losing half of their top players, I think they will struggle greatly next season.

So...Mr. Poncho Tino is the latest person to be zapped by Daniel Levy's madness raygun and taken the Tottenham job.

Three things...

  1. Give him time
  2. Good/respectable cup runs. Maybe win one
  3. Finish 6th or higher
That would suit me.
