No we are not, agreed but most coaches are not the dogs bollocks either. Its all about having a coach with promises if you cant get a top draw manager,he should develop elsewhere ...we are not a manager training school
but he dosent have any promise , hes a one trick pony who dosent have a clue when that trick isn't workingNo we are not, agreed but most coaches are not the dogs bollocks either. Its all about having a coach with promises with you cant get a top draw manager,
It was at the end of four years he achieved something ?United trained a manager for 3 years and then look what happened.
:adelol:
I disagree. To me Poch is already on Plan D.I guess you are now realising that pochettino isn't all he thinks he is. He has no plan B -when plan A doesn't work he hasn't got a clue what to do.
So in your mind, a team has to play the same way, with the same players, week in week out?I disagree. To me Poch is already on Plan D.
Plan A = Bring in players familiar with his style from Soton or Esp. Didn't get the players.
Plan B = Play preferred pressing style with existing players. Didn't work.
Plan C = Play with little pressing but counter attack from a deeper position. Limited success vs Woolwich
Plan D = Play with 2 strikers. Still creating little offense.
Plan E = ? I don't know what is next, Maybe go back to pressing with new players like Kane and Stambouli in. but Poch has tried many things
Ha ha ha. Don't take yourself so seriously mate.I swear sometimes i think I'm the only person on this board that really undertands football.

Are you one of these idiots that keeps saying "Poch doesn't know his first 11"?
Why can't we play differently against different opposition. Why can't we play the big guys against stoke and the fast guys against slower teams, etc. Thats the point of a fucking squad isn't it. If we play with the same people in the same formations every game, its not going to take long for teams to work out our weaknesses.

We don't get to hear him or see him but nice to know there at least there is a bit of unity amongst Baldini and the coaching staff. Throw this pic back in the faces of the hacks.
Was also furious when Adebayor missed that one in the first half.Really should have had Kane and Lamela in the starting 11 but good to see he's noticing when someone is having a shit game or our system isn't working and making the appropriate changes. Looked passionate as well when we scored, hopefully this is an opportunity for us to kick on now
MOTD has started Mrs P. I seem to remember you said you hadn't seen the game. Huge apologies if I'm wrong.I think that people who expected things to go smoothly from the off are living in cloud cuckoo land. Realistically, he has to be given the time to make things work and be allowed to bring the players he wants. Only then can we really judge him. I doubt he will get the time he needs, but minimum has to be two seasons.
Thanks to our trigger-happy chairman, we always seem to be in a transitional period.
