We're playing an exciting style of play and I've been thoroughly entertained throughout the season. Yesterday was definitely a massive let down, but it didn't shake my confidence in the manager one iota. Sometimes teams lose. Sometimes they lose very badly.
I said before the start of the season that we were going to finish 8th. I think that realistically we can finish 6th. If we can manage to scrape out a 5th place finish that will be impressive.
This man needs another season at the very least, preferably two more. Let him bring in the style of player that he wants and more importantly lets see if he can retain players. Because if he can retain our best players it means they fully believe his style of play will pay off.

Take the best two players out of any team and they wouldn't be the same. Whats your point? More to the point Kane credits Poch with his form this season
Sandro made it 2-1 the 75th minute and we were under the cosh. He brought Lamela on in the 79th, and Stambouli in the 88th.

Yet we took 4pts off them....we need better, but their squad is not all that, and if they didnt have Wenger they would struggle even more
Since Nov/Dec time Poch has certainly done enough to deserve respect. He & his coaches have found a team from lots of indifferent parts & with a little luck it's been reasonable.
What is a bigger worry is the lack of changeable tactics during a match & an unwillingness to change formation in key games. If they can't find a way to work 4231 into 451 or 442 when necessary, it will sadly end in yet another sacking.
If you consider Liverpool, they were having a shocking season & Bodgers then tinkers the formation & away they go. United did it to us Sunday....adapted & frankly we did not.
I like Poch. I honestly like his approach in terms of fitness & he has something about him. But a 7th place finish is not going to keep him in a Job if things start badly next season. And there is no escaping that from his "cup finals" left we have played 5 ; lost to the Italians ( badly ) Chelsea (frustrating) & Untied ( ineptitude) so something's not right. Although to counter balance Swansea & QPR were ok.

Rodgers is well into his third season and has spent £240 million, LvG has spent £260 million - give the guy a break.
Point is u take Kane and eriksen out of out team we would probably be where west brom is where u take a few out of Chelsea wool witch and Man City they would not be it is like when bale was at the club he carried us most that season and got us up there with how good he was so I am saying we have not got the best squad as people think they are very average players with 3 or 4 having a fantastic season like loris eriksen Kane

Soon as bale left AVB was gone I would like to see what potch would be like without Kane or eriksen for about 10 games
