Yeah agree. Just happy to see it in action.

There will for sure be some downs on this roller coaster I just want the fans to stay committed to brining rhe team up even when we are in a low point
I think most fans will take the losses on the chin just because we know we'll be having a go.

Many have said it over the last few seasons - it's ok to lose as long as you're making the effort to win. That's been missing until now.

It's okay to lose if it's in service of a well crafted, properly resourced, sincere push for success thereafter.

We believe in Ange, we're about to find out if Levy does.

You know we'll still lose games when Levy leaves don't ya?

Not everything needs to be linked back to my fellow baldy.

Ange goes out to win football matches with whatever players he has.

This makes any losses all the more bearable.

I mean we're far, far from there yet, but if he gets starved of investment on the precipice of greatness like Poch did, I suspect it won't go as placidly for baldy as last time did.

ANGE deserves patience and appreciation for the need to rebuild with a younger and more modern outlook, which will have its hard days at some point. ANGE isn't responsible for what came before.

I´ve been surprised by how solid Micky has looked these first games, the boy is only 22!!!

And man is he huge(usually what the ladies say about me)!!!

He showed today that not only is he rapid and knows how to play with the ball at his feet, but that he's also very good at tackling and properly defending.

So far, it looks like we've found a gem. Long may his performances continue like this.
Low risk passing too which is great alongside Romero. No nonsense but well placed balls played out. Solid

Surely baldie won’t miss this opportunity to back a stellar good vibes manager again

I think we need a definition of what it means to 'back' a manager.

Goal posts are often moved with the definition to fit in with every side of the argument so it would be good to define it so we are all talking the same language.

What does it mean to you?

I know it's still early on but so far so good - or rather excellent.

He's basically playing the role Dier was supposed to play as the defensive insurance, except he's not a fucking pussy.

He makes our high line work.

Edit: Oh yeah, another thing he's done very well is clearing dangerous balls from midair, instead of letting it bounce and getting himself it trouble as a result like Sanchez used to do constantly, he doesn't have the Sanchez trait of slicing every other clearance either.

That's a fairly difficult but also vital skill for a CB.

I noticed that..... Decisive long and high clearances when needed.

I've got a bit of a man crush already......
