Not sure that is fully Levy out!!!

Would Ange win us a harder-to-win cup this season?
Would Ange avoid us getting pumped 20+ times this season?
Would Ange qualify for Europe this season,?

I'm actually really pleased things worked out the way they did. Most of all, we won a great trophy. Ange had that glory and vindication. And leaves with his head high. We get a better coach and a chance to push on and try and do well in the league AND win another cup.

I thought most of the medical staff had been replaced already?

And this new team oversaw the most absurd injury situation I can remember in any sport at the elite level… then started hiring more staff mid season after players started coming out publicly about external help solving their injuries

And fwiw, if I was a micromanaging meglo, and my most expensive assets were players, I’d find it pretty hard to resist a bit of meddling with the medical team

Only a distraction if Frank brings his own medical team and can fix the bts shit.

If not, he probably has similar problems and suffers a similar fate to every other manager we have.

Winning a trophy is an anomaly at this club.

As is finishing 17th.

And I'm sorry, bro -pretty much 90% of managers, probably more suffer the same fate- they underperform, they get sacked.

Hmm... bit of revionism there! Tamworth, Coventry, Rangers, Galatasary and maybe one or two others we rested various players. Not full rotation, but we played some crap. Didn't Werner start vs Tamworth?

Anyway, we actually have a bigger squad now (even more so with a couple more signings) and that was a factor that at times limited us last season.

Not suggesting this is your view, but some of here seem to be of the view that Ange could have got top 5 if he'd prioritised the league. The facts don't support that pov. We've been shite in the league even with strong teams for ages. Since early 2024 tbf.
We only had 15 fit senior players at the time and he was one of them! That was during the height of our injury crisis. Pretty sure Maddison and Brennan Johnson both got injured in the game too and Solanke wasn't long after. Dark times.

Numb nuts, whatever the wind-up merchants say.

Bizarre players and some fans who are just as peculiar.

He won't be moaning about Levy when he is injured again and being tidily paid. Put in a transfer request if you are so disappointed by Postecoglou's sacking.

It’s like he thinks the shocking league form is okay. Weirdest thing. Weird. Weird. Weird.

Perhaps he was asked a direct question and is speaking his second language?

Oh my... guys... chill.
I doubt there were many who wanted managerial change more than me.

But what are everyone expecting for our players to say after that? Of course they are expected to be polite. And it could be understood if they bring out both - goods and bads from it all. No point of getting worked up about either. This chapter is closed and let's move on.

It's the people giving some defence of what he said that gets me.

Like so much of last season, it's just incongruent and incoherent talk, based on the absolutely calamitous league form.

I don't care how loyal you are, The club made a decision. I have my view, but a club our size should not be losing 22 league games regardless.

Not worked up mate but it really needs to be thought threw.

Nothing wrong with showing support and warmth to Postecoglou, but in essence questioning the club's decision? Not his place. That's it.

I agree but I I'm drawn to the stupidity of our players, and find this one difficult to simply cast to one side.

Again, respectfully I think some of our fans are completely stupid not acknowledging that these players had a personal relationship with the manager and will do deflect from the league form because he turned them into a winners, a literal life changing moment.
