He has the potential to be a fantastic player for us, has all the attributes...

Apart from the most important one, a final product.

Needs to learn to when to play the ball, holds on to it for far too long.

Hopefully, this will be something that gets addressed.

the ball hogging with his head down is a worry, good players spot passes straight away and have the ball under control ready to play it, i dont think thats something you can really teach, you either have that ability or you dont.

hes an animal in terms of his physicality, but he burns so much unnecessary energy by getting in duals he doesn't need to, at the detriment of the team too.

I’ll take him all day with what he produces for us. We need something on the left and through the middle and you’ll find him play with more freedom. Teams are terrified of him because he’ll bully a full back but you can see he’s getting doubled up on and killing his space. He might not see passes but he gives us something we don’t have. I think there’s so much responsibility on him just now to produce every single time and that to a certain extent is not fair. Others need to step up.

if hes not going to play passes when hes doubled up on then hes pretty useless isnt he, not going to produce anything if hes trying to beat 2-3 men every time he has the ball.

no top team would allow a winger to play with their head down as much as he does.

Out of tomorrow's match so since we've had 4 pages of incessant moaning about him being to head down and greedy, let's see how we cope without him tomorrow and see how quickly you'll want him back in the team.

It’s not as though that’s happening every time. He’s our best forward player and the opposite of any of our useless replacements.
its happening a lot tho isnt it, far too much. if he actually mixed his game up and played quicker with the ball he would be a threat, he allows himself to be doubled up because they know hes going to want too long on the ball.

i thought frank and his team would of sorted this out, granted they have been dealt a rough hand with the forwards and midfielders, but youd expect them to be demanding some basic principles.
