Until this is rectified i don't see him as being a massive miss...... He's not even a reliable outball anymore.

Quite keen to see a Tel / Xavi / Odo experiment tomorrow. Logically it ought to force us to mix our game up.

Well... you are keen to see, but I am even afraid to watch.
Sorry, I mean I get that the trio you mentioned are all young, but fuck me they are all physically weak as fuck.

I do not really see any of them being able to take down the long balls and actually retain possession.

It should not be as important attribute while evaluating wingers / AMs but with our current gameplan and ST quality it unfortunately is.
I can see all of them finishing the game with 5+ times dispossessed, but I honestly hope that I am being too pessimistic and this option would actually work!

Fucks sake...

The only half decent flair player we have, and he's now injured for 213 years with a snapped pelvis. I'll bet that boring cunt Frank is clapping his hands together with glee. At least he doesn't have to make an excuse as to why we won't bother attacking ever again. He can wank himself silly watching us pass sideways and backwards endlessly whilst hoping for the odd set-piece. Proper league one shit from a proper league one manager.

Utter hellscape of a season.

Plus we've got those utter cunts ENIC still in charge. I mean... look at the messaging coming out of the club, we 'COULD' have to step up our plans to sign a forward. Not, we definitely fucking will... we 'COULD'.

Fuck ENIC
Frank Out

We may as well have a public funeral for Kudus. We're never seeing him ever again.
Hugging Get In GIF

I don't care much, if at all, for him. Never wanted us to sign him from Spam in the first place. Thought he was utter shite last season and just got lucky his first one there.

Honestly wouldn't care if he fucked off to Saudi Arabia or Turkey this month.

Adama Traore regen.
I was on the same boat. Then went on to the west Ham forum, and as shite as they are, laughing that they mugged us off.

He's a show boating player that has no footballing brain. As much as I don't think Frank is a very good coach, I don't think it's a coaching issue, he's doing the exact same stuff he's always done.

Looks better than he is Becuase of his technical ability, but Jesus is he brain dead. Beat a man 5 times, only to blast it into him, gets into the box and forgets he can shoot. Slows down any fast breaks we get, or if he does try play a ball, it's usually awful.

What a waste of money, and one that won't be replaced for years because he looks better than he is. Then you had someone telling me I don't know anything about football saying he'd score/assist 25 times this year.

He's crap.

Neither for me. He’s quicker with the ball than Dembele was, but his passing is nowhere near as reliable/composed. And though his work rate is good without the ball, there’s not much discipline to it.

He’s really just a wide forward type, and that’s where I’d keep him - until we upgrade. He’s wouldn’t have been my first (second or third) choice, but right now he’s low-ish on my worry list. As others have said, if we could play more down the left, it would give him a rest and less stringent marking at times. His end product will still be unreliable though.
I fear because he can do some fun things, that the club will look at him as someone that is one of our best players and he's important to the club. In reality, while not one of the more pressing positions that need sorted, he needs replacing in the medium term. But I don't think they will. Feel like we'll be seeing him for a long time.

The stick being dealt out here is a bit much - hes being double marked because hes our only outlet and is being asked to do it all on his own ffs - he needs better around him to flourish.
Now injured long term - class
The stick being dealt is because he's the exact same player he is now, as he was at West Ham. All show, very little substance. Looks amazing on a YouTube video, but he's Yannick Bolase 2.0. A massive overpay for a player that offers very little.

Yep. A loan with option, sure. But giving any money to this guy would be ridiculously fucking stupid.

Every player brought in is average to poor. We don't need any more of that for the next manager.

We're also just putting the season in the bin anyway, so why bother even signing the level of player you can get to cover RW in January, we'll just end up clogging the squad up even more.

We still don't want to be relegated. If a player with no obligation comes along, that is available to sign, and will contribute, work away. Dare I say it, the same type of move we made for Werner.

But yes, nothing permanent that the next manager has to fix.

We may actually play better if Kudas isnt playing, the lads will have to think of something other than kick the ball to Kudas who will dribble for a while and pass it backwards 30 yards and never shoot.

He'd be fine on the right if he weren't expected to be playing on the touchline.

I don't know what it is with this club, we consistently fail to take the most glaringly obvious courses of action, under successive managers we've played "inverted" wingers, but the ask of them has been to stay out as wide as possible get to the byline to lump crosses into the box.

We wasted Son's final year at the club and made him look useless by doing so, we've torpedoed Tel and RKMs start to life at the club by doing it, and on the other flank we've done the same to Kudus.

These guys should be playing narrower with the fullbacks going wide of them, creating space for them to choose between cutting in for a shot on their favoured foot, a ball to the fullback to cross, or an inswinging cross from their stronger foot.

Instead we've got strikers stranded out on the left wing who never shoot, and Kudus on the right cutting back and forth 5 times over before deciding to lump it into a packed box on his wrong foot.

I'm so fed up of this club.
Or playing on their stronger side as old fashioned wingers which is what I’ve said about Kulu, and Kudus….. wide forwards narrow inverted, wingers playing wide, and on their stronger side foot eg lefties on left
