I get that, but any meaningful updates are likely to come up on your phone, Radio or TV, first, as most of us on here, myself included, are clueless!

Good management. That’s how it should be. Restricting clubs to certain periods of the year to sign players isn’t really doing anything other than helping richer clubs and drive up prices.
We need to get rid of transfer windows totally.
I might be in the minority, but I just keep track of things on here.
I'm not closely monitoring this, but I reckon many of the posts being complained about are the same people jumping on and just writing the same thing over and over, and whilst you're correct, the complaints just add to the waffle, I think they are fairly dwarfed by the number of posts just stating "not happening, time to move on, etc".
It doesn't really bother me enough to complain about it myself, but I can see why some feel compelled to.

If Forest are seriously digging their heels in then imo its now up to MGW to take individual action. Either sue Forest for breach of contract or down tools and refuse to attend training and force a move that way.

That’s my understanding as well. And MGW has made it known publicly he wants to be here. IMO this ends with MGW a Tottenham player. Just have to be patient and let the legal stuff take its course.

If that's their position—let's assume they're adamant—what are the options? If they're unable to prove, for example, that there was tapping-up or a breach of confidentiality in respect of MGW's release clause, can they be compelled to sanction the transfer by the PL? If so, can whatever process we need to go through to get to that point actually run its course before the transfer window SLAMS shut?
Think that's the same lad who said Kompany was joining us as manager so wouldn't put any stock in it.
What's going on at min is all too sensitive for no marks like him to know. It's really frustrating but likely will have to wait until one of the big hitter journos breaks the story whether the deal is happening or off.
