3rd usually gets released in line with first away European game, or earlier if we need to wear it in the league before that. We don't play Newcastle until October, so that shouldn't be a problem this year, so I imagine whenever we play in the Conference League

I don't understand why this is even a question. It's really common for shirts with more than one colour, stripes generally, to have a solid block of one colour as the background for the name and number.
For numbering and lettering.
You can buy a version that is all oil spill on the back as well. But the black back is for the official kits.
