Kit New Kit

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Also is you google search the Nike product code printed on the original tag on the shirt (Men’s 919005-101) it takes you straight to an American sport shop selling the official spurs shirt 2018 for $89 looks like it could be the one
That's some fucking top notch sleuthing.

Ghastly but everyone will buy it no doubt, I think i'd rather go to a game shirtless than wear that
Although with the stadium distraction i'm beginning to think the club have forgotten that they need to release the new kit

You can see on the red (Utd?) kit to the right that it also has the 'gradient lines' design incorporated... but THE SAME COLOUR AS THE FUCKING SHIRT! surely that's key?

I bet the 'designers' come up with some shit about it looking good with a Pair of Jeans... for the 'normal fans' on the street! (but not the ones in a 3-piece suit in the Hotspur Lounge drinking their Craft Cheese or whatever!

I realise the block of blue right at the bottom will most likely be tucked into the players shorts, and almost certainly remain unseen...
otherwise, we just run the risk of looking like 11 Jimmy Bullards!

Personally, I think (and this isn't trying to be all 'retro and relevant') but for the VERY FIRST game in the new WHL, I reckon everyone should wear an old Spurs shirt... to bring the history and sense of the club forward into the new ground (obviously some shirts won't be appropriate, like when we were REALLY shit!) but anything remotely reflecting our past glories should be worn!

Unless Utd switched to Nike in the last few days my bet is on that being the red England WC shirt.

i can't believe how abysmal the badge is. i've never seen a spurs badge stitched so shoddily, ever.

nike had an excuse last season as there was a shield, but puma and under armor gave us nice, cleanly embroidered badges--not this bodge job.

design-wise, i think everyone will get used to it within a month, but for what you get for your money? very, very poor.
Way less important than the badge, I know, but I'm surprised how poorly Nike have reproduced their own logo.

Everything about this kit looks cheap and nasty.

Seriously, if no one buys it then they might get the message!
Tottenham in the last few years have got most things right on and off the park apart from......the kits they just don't have a clue what fans want or don't won't! Possibly in grand scale of things it's not a priority as far as the club is concerned but obviously to us the fans, it is after all we buy the fecking things! As just said if we don't buy them then they might just take the hint and besides if they signed a deal with Nike they get their money any how so if they sell 3 shirts or 30 thousand shirts it makes no difference? Nike is gambling on the proposed shirt sales are they not?

The club has said in the past that the best selling home shirts have historically been those with more blue on them.

Maybe it's mainly newer fans abroad that buy them, but commercially they do far better for the club / the manufacturer.

Mm that’s strange re the clubs comment because on here it’s the opposite view a plain style mainly white but yes with navy but just as an added touch! Regards financially shirts sales must be important or they wouldn’t have a change over so often 3 kits every season, which let’s be honest is a nonsense last seasons purple shirt how often was it worn? Yes I know it was for European purposes but last seasons 2nd shirt (navy) would have avoided a clash with the opposition.

I doubt whether most older fans, who are more likely to like the more traditional kits, ever buy a replica shirt.

We might not like the way the shirt looks, but in terms of making extra £££'s from it for Nike it's largely irrelevant.
