I wonder why there is a cap on some events but not others. Only 2 boxing events but unlimited music? You'd think music would be worse than boxing due to the sound.

Purely guessing but maybe there is more money in music than boxing???? One of the reasons NFL generates the most amount of money is because it takes 5hrs(???) to play a sodding game, so plenty of time for fans to eat and drink themselves stupid whilst at the venue. Are concerts longer than a boxing bout?? I’ve never been to a world title fight but on the telly it looks like they only turn up for the big fight and can’t be arsed to watch the under card????

Apparently more 'bad behaviour' after boxing events (lads squaring up to each other and sometimes going too far) than any other event - experienced in many stadiums

Hence no of boxing events capped.

But no doubt if they have no trouble after a number of boxing events they could apply to have more.

NFL games doesn't last 5 hours... usually 2 to 3 hours depending on the game.
Gridiron Football is culture here just like Football is in Europe.
Its like Euro / Champions league for the Americans. We use shit ton of money on it especially playoffs and Superbowls. Superbowl weekend is basically like a holiday.

Many, many years ago I watched Philadelphia Eagles(??) play someone who I’ve forgotten and it was 5hrs!! Never been so bored at a live sports event.

Have they been reduced in length or was this an isolated event (it was the first game of the season)?

Outside of stadium it's not down to Tottenham. Just Essex cunts whom can't row or have it.

Maybe Superbowls can be close to that because of the half time and pre game shows.

But regular season games and playoff games don't go over 3 hours. If the game does go over 3 hours its usually because of weather conditions or someone's severely injured during a game.

Also, if you are going to watch Grididon football make sure you know the rules or it will be hella boring.

If you know the rules and how the game plays then its fun to watch really. Especially the big hits that occur although recently its been getting softer and softer...

Boxing events tend to attract aggressive types?...My son is at the O2 tonight watching Chisora v Joyce !

Even how they throw a ball is unbelievable when sat in the stands. Genuinely one of the most jaw dropping (how do they do that) sports I’ve ever watched (it’s shite on the telly).
I can't watch basketball but I used to love playing it at school.
Dunno why but It was never a regular thing and no school teams like cricket or football.
Never played it after leaving school.
