We sell loads more food at NWHL because there’s almost double the amount of people, the offerings (originally) improved, and it was a nicer place to be than WHL.

Not saying there’s absolutely nothing in your ideas, but it’s not anywhere near the real reason for the explosion in receipts on catering.
