I’m not sure what the exact numbers are, but Newcastle look like world beaters (relative to previous seasons) with basically the same squad, but a new manager.

Makes you wonder
:kanehand:

Nah, it's a bit different. Many on here won't have it but Conte was really poor this season.

There waa mitigation but intransigence on the one hand and poor use of the squad he is guilty of. No doubt in my mind.

Howe done brilliantly. Always liked him at Bournemouth and thought he was a possible heir apparent to Pochrettino, especially when he once said how we taught his then Bournemouth a lesson. Exudes calm and character.

Again if we had gone for him and from obvious quarters it would be cheapskate Levy, no ambition, puppet etc. Just makes me laugh.

But fcuk Newcastle and their rotten money all that aside.

Newcastle will go on to be far more successful than we are.
Unfortunately, whether anyone likes it or not, unless you get proper backing you don't really win the big prizes.

We should have wom trophies in the last 5 to 7 years, so called proper backing or not.

Mental frailty has fcuked us over and could now break us.
The mentality isn't there from the top, I think Newcastle's owners are determined not to be out done by the city ones.
That type of political rivalry is what we could do with, not the passive shit we endure from our lot, who want the money but don't deliver.
