So weird... That picture feels so old, but also like the start of the modern era for us.

Was so gutted when he left. Thought he was mustard and yet it took years for the spoiled united lot to appreciate what they had in him.
Time/age in sport is so weird. I was reading that Aaron Lennon article linked here the other day and got to the bit where they mentioned "the 35 year old retired winger" and I thought, "fuck off, he's at least 50?!"

So hard to fathom someone who's been past it for what seems like an eternity being younger than me.

I voted De Zerbi. Seems like the best mix of a fresh face, up and coming, good style of football, tactically flexible. Italian so hopefully him and Paratici could work well together. That said, maybe too small a sample size in less than a season at Brighton. Not sure if we’d be able to get him out of there anyways. Clearly they are a well run club so maybe the coach is less the reason for success. Though I’m not ready to declare that and still think Potter can be a top coach.

Poch I love I just worry about going back too soon. Silva at Fulham I think would be a good fit. Tuchel I think is an excellent coach too. Tactically very good and flexible. But I do wonder about continuing this current path of seemingly short term hires. But he's the kind of guy who probably makes Kane the happiest.

Poch is leading by a landslide, Poch who disregarded domestic trophies as a habit. I hope none of the people voting for him are among those complaining about our inability to win trophies.

We aren't going to win trophies no matter what. Conte and Jose proved us that. The complaining towards the lack of trophies isn't directed towards the manager, but the board.

Mourinho got sacked before he had a chance to win a trophy. Poch had a far and away better team than either of them, he simply didn’t care about domestic trophies, if you’re Poch in I assume you don’t care either.

Poch got us in a League Cup final and Semi-Final as well, in an FA Cup Semi-Final and a Champions League Final.

As if I care about trophies or not, I'll let my post history speak for itself. Being in favour of Poch doesn't mean that you don't want trophies.

Mourinho getting sacked a couple of days before a cup final must go down as one of the stupidest decisions that Levy has ever made.

We may have won the cup with him and we may not have....... But I'm 100 percent sure we had a better chance of winning it with him in the dugout rather than Mason.

I don't disagree with sacking him..... Just not days before a winnable final.

Luis Enrique = a fancy form of boreball. His Spain team had all the cutting edge of a teaspoon. Pass, pass, pass pass.. yawn.

Did well with the best front 3 in history. Good for him.
