We can't appoint Naglesmann unless Admin Admin sorts a bit of magic to correct the many spelling variations of his name we're getting.

If it's not Poch or JN, I'll be disappointed. I can't decide between the two of them. Poch is my favorite and I think can really improve the team with a rebuild.

JN seems like a great manager and is wanting a rebuild of his own. Either one would be great.

I don't think we'll get Nagelsmann, he's not going to commit to us so soon after being sacked and we can't wait all summer for him to make a decision.

Poch will probably go to Madrid. We're not buying out Frank's contract or taking a risk on Gallardo and I don't see Levy paying Amorim's release clause.

I doubt Paratici will be here to pick the next manager so I think that leaves De Zerbi and Enrique. If neither of those two are interested I think it will leave us with Marco Silva or even Postecoglou after Levy finds out he plays attacking football and was one of Brighton's choices after Potter.

If Levy wont pay Amorim's release clause then De Zerbi isnt happening either

Probably, I just thought he might've been more interested in De Zerbi since he's been doing it in the Premier league unlike Amorim who he might see as more of a risk. Levy doesn't seem to have a problem with overpaying for managers that he wants.

I have no idea who we'll get. The attacking minded managers like De Zerbi and Postecoglou are more exciting but I'm not really sure if the current squad thats been built really fits that. I think we might need a more pragmatic option who can work with what we have. I don't want to start another rebuild, I'd rather see this current one finish.

Fucking Nagelsmann… he’s been given talent like winks , tanguy & a comedy trombonist & still can’t get this team playing … levy needs to get rid of him now!

We get this guy don’t want to hear the old ‘’no plan B’’ this guy lives off plan B and C. Interesting he was still similar at Bayern, paid more attention to him at RB.

For those that moan for lack of plan B under Poch, Jose, Conte if we can’t get a plan B under this guy then maybe just maybe it’s the players.

Sadly I think we will pick the wrong manager again.

The best manager here in my view in term of fit and ability is Naglesmann, the second is Pochettino. Naglesmann will probably end up at Madrid and I don’t think Levy or the board are man enough to hire Poch because that would be admitting mistakes. It won’t even be a up and coming manager or risky manager with a good style like Kompany or Gallardo.

We will probably get on paper a good manager but a man who doesn’t fit and be back here again. For all the shit of this season Naglesmann or Pochettino coming here would be a lift.

We need to be bold and try for Nagelsmann but if that doesn't work then the priority is to do the process right. We cannot drift into the close season and wait to see who is around. I'd rather parachute Poch in despite some misgivings. We can wait for Nagelsmann but that needs a serious Plan B and I'm not sure we would have one.

I also think he would be crazy to go to Real or PSG at this stage.

Nagelsman would be insane to come here, he will be lied to over budget/recruitment, and what can he realistically achieve.
I think your right, be linked to some good managers, but will end up with not what we need but who is willing to work under the restraints.
