Roger’s has to be one of the most over rated managers in football. I swear to god I’d take that clown moyes before him.

Really? Came within a Gerrard slip of winning the league with Liverpool before Klopp arrived. Won the FA Cup with Leicester. Had them on the cusp of champions league qualification. Literally the only reason they are where they are is because they're selling their players and not replacing them, and he likely been looking for the sack all season.

I'd take him over Potter every day. Better football for a start

But gerrard did slip and that’s not what cost them… blowing the next game at palace did.
They sold players yes, but also bought shite too.

Worth saying: Stellini wins the next 10. Who would you want?
There are problems I'd like to have and those I expect to have. I don't expect we'll have to worry about this scenario. But, to take your point, let's say Spurs win enough to stay in Champions League, the locker room is happy, and Stellini shows some adaptability with the system. Check off those boxes and it would be a coversation to have.

Does anyone know what went wrong at Leicester? Has he had injury problems, lost the dressing room ? Is the squad not good enough ?
Sold Kante, Maguire, Mahrez, Chilwell, Fofana, lost Schmeichel, difficult end of Vardy era, no money to spend recently.

I’m not massively for or against him (like any other manager in discussion). He does play attacking football though and gets young players in the first 11

Frank de boer was highly rated and look what happened there

This Slot guy has FDB written all over it. I wouldn't touch that with a barge pole. Nowhere near long enough a career to get our gig. Holland is a complete unknown too. Probably less than 1 in 10 who looked great there, will leave and be a success. Probably a lot less (players and coaches)

Bloody hell Leicester 19th. Yeh no Rogers thanks their team isn’t even that bad.

Imagine us if Kane was 39 and couldn't play anymore, of we sold Lloris and signed a statue, sold Romero to Chelsea and replaced him with nobody, sold our vest wing back (if we had one) all in the last 2.5 years.
They're screwed, they're cashing in on their assets and barely replacing any of them. That's hardly his fault. He's on a decent wage and probably would have been let go months ago if they could afford his pay off and a new coach.

Liverpool were well well well away from a title push before he joined them. Even if it was the bottle job at Palace and the slip, that's closer than we've ever come and ever will come. We were never top in a title race and were never in with a should with 2 or 3 games left.

On the other hand, what has Potter ever done? Got bottom half Brighton to mid table snatching a loaf of 1 nil wins and now can't get £600,000,000 of signings at Chelsea to score. He's been found out and I don't want him anywhere near us. If I have to listen to a load of blinkered fanbois on here justifying yet another 2-0 loss as "we played well and had chances" I think I'll go nuclear. Ask a Chelsea fan if they enjoy the football they're getting served up.

Yeah savage is being a prick. Out off all the managers out there sure JN is top followed by Poch. Yes Jn got sacked but at least his mangercBM , win the league, had a great record in CL this season and proven his worth at RB. His young, fresh, got some arrogance in playing style just what we need.

Exactly the point. It’s not something I expect but this group of players is capable of much, much more than what we’ve seen to date.
