If we don't get him, I wouldn't mind seeing Nagelsmann end up at Chelsea because I could see that going badly. He is still very young as a manager, he was a dud in his brief pro career (never cracked a starting XI) and yet is still arrogant. Don't think he had the respect of the Bayern hierarchy-- players or management--and that was his downfall there. I'd see him running into the same issues at Chavs.

Lucho would probably be the correct hire there, hope it doesn't happen

I'm not a fan but he wouldn't be the worst choice. I always worry about appointing someone who has not managed here before.
Klopp and Pep ok

Not managed here depends more on style of man management.

If they are dictator style like Conte they need a big name.

Klopp and Pep are both the boss but neither come off like they do it by force, they seem more like they have clear criteria that players understand they need to meet and have the balls to drop anyone if they don’t meet it.

Anyone coming in like that has a chance imo

This constant rubbish about the owners is tiring.

Pochettino picked Kane ahead of hero Moura.

It wasn't Levy's hand that handled the ball in the CL final or whatever else.

So...

Poch picked Kane BUT

1. That was a shocking whistle from a ref in a game of that magnitude. Even neutrals called it scandalous.

2. Mane could have been playing for us by all accounts instead of winning that penalty for them.he wasn’t because we wouldn’t budge on the salary range we allow.

If you want the toughest mentally, the biggest and baddest like Van Dijk and Mane, you need to have the balls to pay top range prices and salaries.

And that has nothing to do with net spend or revenue blah blah blah. Liverpool had net spend in a range we could afford during the years they won. Their owners have a heavyweight mentality, ours are lightweights and unwilling to go big for players they want.

New to the forum and first post, so hi all.. for anyone that follows Poch and his staffs social media accounts you will have seen that they’re together at the moment, along with Ramon Planes (who Spurs have been linked with as a potential future DoF). Think it’s quite clear they’re preparing for future role, and Jesus Perez posted this morning

If you zoom in this is actually Premier League performance data for this year. This is completely my opinion, but I reckon they’re preparing to return to Spurs, probably in pre-season but possibly before then if needed. All of his staff have been very active on social media, which is slightly unusual, almost as if to send a sign.. The club is very quiet at the moment about potential managerial incomings and has distanced themselves from links to the likes of Nagelsmann. I reckon they’re waiting to hear the final outcome of Paritici’s appeal on the 19th to trigger how they will part ways, to then get Planes, Pochettino and his staff in formally.

It's going to be Poch.

Just need to wait until after April 19th.

Silence says talks are ongoing.

I prefer Rodgers but Pochettino might work although returning presumes knowledge gained.

What we know with both Pochettino and Rangers is that neither is getting a bigger club in my opinion.
