Conte was a fighter the only people he threw under the bus was those who deserved it. Ange can fight all he wants but in the end it won't be enough to stop him being undermined by Levy. First test is to sell Kane and get a quality replacement in quickly. If Levy gets that wrong Ange will be gone quicker than you can say two points from eight games.
conte didn't take much responsibility though, it was never really his fault... Of course lots of it wasn't but he still fucked up at points

So Ange typically plays a back 4 from what I've seen? is that right? So glad we have a DOF that sees that we just bought 2 specialist in Udogie and Porro to NOT fit into a Ange style of play. This club is so lost

His preference is 4-3-3 but he has played 3-4-2-1

With 4-3-3 he plays with his wide AM's very wide with the FB's inverted,

Front 3 could be Son - Kane - Kulu (with Porro inverted between Kane and Kulu BUT I actually think from the limited time he's been here that Porro would be better suited to play widest with Kulu on the inside. Emerson is getting better and better and maybe a better-fit playing inverted than Porro??? I don't think the issue is as bad on the right as it is on the left. We also have Spence.

Our LB/LWB slot is shite and needs a new player in - That new player we actually may already have in Udogie??? Udogie game is already developing into a player that take the ball out from the back into midfield. But I think other than dead ball situations Perisic is shit, same with Sess, hopefully, we can bring someone new in and ditch both these two.

Also, CB's central and left side need upgrading maybe he can recalibrate Davies, who is limited but no doubt he's a player managers love to have in their squad - (One of those players who carries out the coach's instructions, dependable and fully onboard).

Porro and Udogie are perfect for how Ange likes to play. He loves pass and move full backs who can deliver. Probably even more so Porro because he is comfortable on the ball and could adapt to the inverted FB role that Taylor plays at Celtic. Ange used that tactic more with Taylor on the left rather than on the right and I think we could see that with us.
Defensively Porro will improve playing in a confident team that’s got more possession of the ball and attacking more. It’s how Ange uses his centre midfielders is the key when FBs are not brilliant defenders. Calum mcgregor was brillliant at just sitting on the side that they were attacking and would be cover for the FB and would always be an option take the ball and out the other side. Whoever is our sitting midfielder(hopefully Bissouma) then they must be able to control the game. He plays with two midfielders in front of a sitter and they get forward and join in the game and expected to chip in with goals.

Seems a bit of a waste having Porro and Udogie playing as inverted full backs.

Erm .. he’s 28, replacement for Kane? The highest level he’s played at is Scotland.

Maybe if we’re on a mission to battle relegation .. otherwise this would have squad player written all over it.
£30M plus his 5 foot nothing. Now why would we want to buy him. Might as well stick rich up there and use the £30 towards a top quality cb.
Anyway how does he fit in with buy up and coming young talent. I guess the sane way Ange fits in with the profile of next manager. I see all this heading south with levy totally out of control of what is going on.
Ffs we could had poch in by now and started the clear out weeks ago. Even jn could have been in by now.

JN didn't want us you stupid fuck.

Thanks for the educational assessment. How do you know he didn’t want us! Where is it been reported we actually asked him and he said directly no! All we kind of know is he wanted to know who DOF was it had some suggestions abd we didn’t like being told what to do.

Loads of places.

Suck it up buttercup.

Super Super Ange
Super Super Ange

He doesn’t always play that way though and as I said it was more with Taylor because he was very comfortable on the ball. You’ll see his style very quickly. He loves full backs and wide forwards to get into 2 v1 situations and fire balls across between the defenders and keeper. So many of Kyogo’s goals were from that type of play.
