You're thinking too emotionally here imo, and allowing your dislike of the way Kane has conducted himself to cloud your logic. I'm also angry, but I know as a club we can't afford to cut off our nose to spite our face. We desperately need a decent fee for him if we're gonna bring in players with the kind of quality to turn things around, and Levy/ENIC aren't putting that up from their own pockets.
Playing with no CF till January and then having no money to bring in one doesn't help us.
So let's be clear about what's going on here.
After the Conte thing fell apart, there was an arranged marriage between Levy, Paratici, and Fonseca.
There was a meeting between Paratici and Fonseca in which it was clear that their visions of the football we would play was at odds, and the marriage fell apart.
Paratici selected Nuno as his choice to implement his football, but simultaneously talked Levy into the idea that they'd be playing free-flowing attacking stuff, no idea whether it was him, the fans, or Levy himself who was supposed to be fooled.
It's going badly, and so now Levy, after 10 games, is forcing Paratici to pull the plug and return to the manager that was so clearly out of step with Paratici's ideas mere months ago.
What an utterly incompetent, rudderless shitshow.

Even for free, it's up to the player. If City and United think he's 'done' they're not gonna throw 300k a week at Kane even if it's for no transfer fee. And Kane won't want to go to Newcastle or some other club, and we can't change that.
The fact is if Kane doesn't recover some form and convince clubs he's worth buying, we're fucked. We probably are regardless but if we can at least rinse someone for a decent amount of money for him, then we can actually go out and replace him.
I get all the rage but if a new manager considers part of his agenda get Kane scoring, I'm fine with it..
